💚Create a “why” around movement that is supportive for both the long term and the short term.
What was moving like for you growing up?

💦Hydration is a key to health.
While is only one key, it's a vital one. 💃
Here are a few things to keep in mind👇
-Adding electrolytes can be a great idea!
-Choose a brand you like that also aligns with your current nutrition goals.
-Don't overcomplicate it, just drink some water and make it a habit.
-If you aren't someone who stays well hydrated, start gradually increasing your intake week by week.
-If you don't like water, choose foods or other beverages that have high water content to boost hydration.
How's your hydration game? Does it need some work or are you a Stanley girl with 5 different ones?! 😂

Snacks aren't a bad thing, in fact, they can be a great way to add nutrients to your day.
Most of us need snacks because we aren't quite eating enough at each of our meals.
