Meet Angelina. She's one of our newest baristas and is already making friends with many of our regular customers. When she's not behind the counter, Angelina loves to do a little local thrifting gardening and spending time with her family and dogs. And she's getting married soon!

Fredericksburg’s 🧑‍🍳 Summer Restaurant Week begins July 25th! We’ll give you a hint as to what you’ll find us serving…

As a small business owner, you get lots of feedback, from everything about the food you serve to the service you provide. Whether good or bad, it’s always hard not to take it a little personally, because of how much effort goes into each and every day.

Yesterday a fire broke out at The Southern Bagel and Provision across the street from our shop. Smoke began to fill the street and fire trucks soon after.

Olivia and Angelina took it upon themselves to go outside and offer water to the first responders and others forced to evacuate the buildings due to the fire. It was wonderful to see them take the initiative to help wherever they could. They demonstrated exactly what “Pay It Forward” is all about and I couldn’t be more proud of them!

We're glad that nobody was hurt and that it looks as though The Southern Bagel and Provision emerged with minimal damage to their business. We hope they will be able to open back up as soon as possible, and we'll be sure to let you know when they do.

We were happy to host the Fredericksburg Walking Club (formerly Germanna Volkssport Association) for their Saturday morning 🦦 Otter Walk!

They'll be walking the city streets to check out downtown's seven otter statues and visit to the Wenger Metal Works foundry where they were made.
