Today was proof of that.

Weeks ago, I scheduled a family of 3 people for a Kambo ceremony. A couple of days ago, they notified me they couldn’t come due to family reasons.

My client said, “Let someone get it who needs it. “

A few days prior, I had a consultation with a young lady who wanted to learn more about Kambo.

After my cancellation with that family, she texted me minutes later and said, “It’s time to try something new. I need healing “.

It’s wild how the Universe aligns all of that.

Medicine always finds those who need it. Most of my clients come through referrals, and she came through my website.

She had to trust me, medicine, and herself ultimately. So profound. #

Days when I am just a Human - in my human experience.

I would love to share a short excerpt from my piece of writing. I wrote it during my mushroom ceremony. The English version is at the bottom; I tried translating it as accurately as possible. Thank you.

Not many know my story, but I found my calling in medicine through my illnesses.

I needed to heal my body, soul, and mind.
I can’t speak about other people’s experiences, but plant medicine helped me reclaim myself.

Now, I want to speak not as a facilitator but as someone who sits with plant medicine regularly.

Here are the things that Plant- Medicine helped me to heal:

1. Secondary Adrenal insufficiency ( my pituitary gland was not functioning )
2. Hypothyroidism
3. PCOS
4. Constant Cold sores (8-10 a year )
5. Constant yeast infections ( over 20 times a year )
6. Sinuses
7. Migraines
8. Heavy, painful periods
9. Crazy mood swings
10. Depression, foggy.
11. Constipation
12. Parasites

Those are the things I was struggling with internally, which took a toll on me externally. There were some very dark moments in my life. So when everything collapsed, plant medicine appeared. And then I was called to serve.

It’s not a “ job” for me. It’s my calling. I am grateful, and I also understand the weight and responsibility behind it. I had to fight for myself, and now I can help others to fight for themselves.

There are different types of ceremonies; each ceremony is designed for the client’s needs.

Some clients would sit with one dot, which they need now. Some will start with layered sessions, meaning adding one dot every 5 minutes and building a gradual build-up.
Some will have an introductory session where we will apply all the dots at the same time.

This session was 3x3 “ Trinity “. These sessions are so powerful and cleansing.

We did 5-7-9 dots, all together equal to 21 dots.

The first session was five dots; the client had South Purging. The second session was seven dots- the client had it very manageable, with no purging, and the last one was nine dots- the client’s South and North purged. In the previous session, lots of parasites were released from North Purge; most likely, during South Purge, there was a parasite release as well.

There is a difference between 3 ceremonies in 3 days or 3x3. There is no “ better. “ It is just different needs and accomplishments.

It always amazes me to see the strength that humans have. We have that extra breath when we feel we run out of air.

We push through the sadness each day, hoping tomorrow will be better.

We find hope and faith in small things and allow God to take care of rest.

Today, I witness that strength, faith, and hope.

She was lying on a bathroom floor after her first three dots but dared to go again for six dots 30 minutes later.

If that’s not resilience, I don’t know what it is.

I have wanted to be a mom since I was a little girl. I love children. They are fun, they are smart, and they are the best teachers.

With them, I became more patient, vital, and open-hearted.

I had a rough time becoming a mom and, at some point, thought that I would never be.
I prayed for them, and God heard my prayers.

I had to release a lot to be the mom I am today.
I will never stop growing for my children, as they deserve the best version of me.

Thank you, God, for allowing me to be a mom. That is a true gift and blessing; I would never take this for granted.

Happy Mother’s Day, you all moms.

And to my mother: I know I am not an “ easy” child. I speak my mind, live truthfully, and sometimes push all your buttons.

It’s not you - it’s your shadow!

Shadow work is not about judgment or self-criticism; it’s about cultivating self-awareness and compassion for ourselves and others, ultimately leading to greater wholeness and authenticity. It invites us to explore the depths of our being with gentleness and curiosity, understanding that our shadows are simply parts of us that have been hidden away or pushed aside. By shining a light on these darker aspects, we can begin to unravel the patterns and beliefs that hold us back and prevent us from living fully. Embracing our shadows doesn’t mean to stay in negativity; rather, it allows us to reclaim lost parts of ourselves and integrate them into our lives in a healthy and balanced way. Through this process, we can cultivate a deeper sense of self-love and acceptance, fostering inner peace and genuine connection with others. #

Shadow work refers to exploring and integrating oneself’s darker or suppressed aspects.

It involves facing and accepting the parts of ourselves that we may typically ignore, deny, or repress. This can include our fears, insecurities, past traumas, and other harmful or uncomfortable emotions.

Acknowledging and working through these shadows brings self-awareness, healing, and personal growth. It’s a deeply introspective journey that often involves practices such as journaling, therapy, meditation, and inner reflection.

**** now! I do not care how many times you go to retreats and sit with shamans, how many times you drink, snore, lick the medicine, how someone will “ get” all your demons out if you are not willing to do this shadow work, you will be looping.

Stop putting responsibility on others, and own your stuff.

As a person who holds the space, I will NOT ALLOW you to give me all your strength and wait for me to FIX you, but that is not happening!

You will OWN your strength. You will OWN each part of you. I am not here to do this for you but to hold the space of safety, light, and unconditional love.

I am a witness to a miracle, which is YOU. I am seeing you go through YOUR shadows and reclaim the whole light.

P.S. Be Aware of the shamans who claim they can heal you. You heal you. You are the medicine. Shamans are here to guide you through that process. Period- the end. #

I can’t wait until we let go of the belief that Kambo is only beneficial if there is a purge or “ enough “ purge.

This is a total myth. Kambo works at the peptide level. The peptide that is responsible for purge is called “ phyllomedusin.”

It produces contractions at the smooth muscle level and increases secretions of the entire gastrointestinal tract, such as the stomach, small and large intestines, pancreas, and gallbladder. These are the main parts responsible for the deep PURGE.

Now, the purge is excellent. You released something that no longer serves you, and you can connect this to a spiritual aspect, such as traumas, limiting beliefs, and blockages. Awesome!

But let’s not try to FORCE purge. Never anything good comes from a force. There is no need to smoke Bufo; do Ayahuasca and mushrooms in this process.
Kambo is excellent at doing its work alone.

I am not going to go into a conversation that these practices can be highly traumatizing.

Just be ethical and mindful when using Kambo or any plant medicine.

We have enough trauma in this world; there is no need to create one with plant medicine, too. #

Letting go of expectations is essential for fostering genuine connections, inner peace, and personal growth. Expectations often lead to disappointment and frustration when others fail to meet them, creating unnecessary relationship tension. By releasing expectations, we free ourselves from constantly seeking validation from others and allow space for acceptance and understanding. Moreover, letting go of expectations opens us to the beauty of life’s unpredictability, enabling us to embrace new experiences with an open heart and mind. It encourages us to focus on the present moment and appreciate the journey rather than fixating on specific outcomes. Ultimately, by letting go of expectations, we cultivate greater compassion, empathy, and resilience, enriching our relationships and well-being. P.S. Do these affirmations a couple of times a day; the best times are after waking up and right before bed, as our mind is in a theta state coming or going into a delta state 🙏expectations #

Many want a conscious relationship, and yet only a few understand. A conscious relationship has no-nonsense like cheating, sneaking around, manipulation , egotistical behavior. A conscious relationship requires a strong relationship entirely rooted in self-love and compassion.

This post is for those who are interested to look at people purged ( you know who you are 😂🤣) . Anyway, personally I love to purge , or see other people’s purges. I think that spiritual purge is a release that our soul needs . Just to be clear , there is no food. People have been fasting. What is A spiritual purge? SP referred to as spiritual cleansing or purification, is a process aimed at releasing negative energies, emotions, or attachments from one’s mind, body, or spirit. Many asked what those red dots were and thought it was blood. After the ceremony, once I remove the kambo dots, I apply dragon blood to make sure the burn stays clean and starts the process of healing. In the jungle, dragon blood is called a “band-aid of the jungle. “

So what is dragon blood, aka Sangre de Drago?

Kambo is crazy! People die from Kambo!

Medical errors are the third-leading cause of death after heart disease and cancer. 

A recent Johns Hopkins study claims more than 250,000 people in the U.S. die EVERY YEAR from medical errors.

Other reports claim the numbers to be as high as 440,000.

Do you know that there were 20 deaths related to Kambo in 30 years? I am pretty sure this could have been avoided with more information about Kambo, but some people had very little knowledge and, hence the result.

Doctors prescribe medications right and left.
You have a little bit of anxiety, sure - here is your clonazepam (Rivotril)*, alprazolam (Xanax). Are you depressed? Here is some Zoloft.

It’s so easy to get medications and so difficult to heal and do something for yourself.

All we need to do is “ trust the doctor” unquestioningly and just take a pill. Don’t you dare to do some Kambo! It’s poison...

People don’t die from Kambo; they die from improper use of Kambo or not following basic protocol.

Unfortunately, many Kambo practitioners do not follow protocols regarding Kambo, so there are complications, and many clients are not being truthful regarding their preparation process.

Kambo is very safe when taken with a skilled practitioner who knows medicine in and out.

Most Kambo-related deaths have been due to HYPOTHERMIA.

Hypothermia is a low sodium concentration in the blood. Symptoms can be absent, mild, or severe.

So please be truthful to your practitioner. When you are not being honest about your medications preparations, you put yourself at risk, and us.

When I mean us, I don’t mean only myself. I mean EVERY Kambo practitioner. I might not work with other Kambo practitioners, but I know I must be ethical. My work reflects on all Kambo practitioners and vice versa.

This medicine is sacred, so let’s keep it this way.

Kambo is a great teacher. It teaches you through your body and your thoughts. Today, I was a student once again. I had a client who had this type of reaction with a Kambo. There will be no need to remove the dots or stop a Kambo session. Sometimes, clients find out that they might have Raynaud syndrome. I advised my client to check for Raynauds. Raynauds are not contraindicated for Kambo and are safe to do. Blessings, everyone ❤️.

What is Raynaud syndrome?
Raynauds disease causes some areas of the body — such as fingers and toes — to feel numb and cold in response to cold temperatures or stress. In Raynaud’s disease, smaller arteries that supply blood to the skin narrow. This limits blood flow to affected areas, which is called vasospasm.
