If you already have a TOWN OF HEMPSTEAD OR VILLAGE OF FREEPORT license you can start training and driving right away. Must be a quick learner and have a smart phone. Must also have a working email address. Must be willing to train for 2 days (2 hours each day).

Night Time Dispatcher needed for a fast paced Taxi Cab company based in Freeport NY!

Daily duties would consist of :
-Answers calls and dispatches them to drivers on a daily basis using a Zello/Dispatch Software.
- Keeping tally of drivers totals for the day.
-Making reservations for regular and medical clients.
- Providing Drivers with the best route to their call.
-Keeping Drivers files and information up to date.
- Keeping track of drivers Dent and Trip Logs
- Reporting an incidents, accidents, complaints through email.
- Keeping track of dates for General maintenance and working with the Manager to schedule drivers to do so ( oil change, tire rotations, etc)

6pm- 6am - Part time (3 days a week)
* Our part time means less days a week not hours in a day. *

Compensation is based on experience

Must have some computer skills, bilingual (Spanish) is preferred, Customer Service knowledge, have patience and able to deal with high call volume with ease. Must be on time and have positive attitude. Must be familiar with Nassau County Area specifically Freeport. Experience is necessary.
