Check this one out , we just finished up another transformation !! On this one we used her existing cabinets and switched up the layout , took out a wall and made an island w/ a farm sink !! & New Quartz tops ! Switched an entry closet around to the kitchen for a pantry !!! Removed wall paper & freshened up everything with new paint ! Added an LED electric fireplace & TV mount & new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout !!! Thanks Julie , for choosing JLH !!!

So here is the latest transformation from Russ & JT @ The JLH Co. We demoed the kitchen & bath , removed some walls to eliminate a bed room & open up the kitchen into the dining room & living room !!! Changed out all the interior doors to swinging 6 pannel (replaced the bi-folds & flat pannels) Thanks Jerry & Cathy Smetzler for having us in your home !!!

Russ &JT just finished another bathroom remodel , thanks Chad Elliot for having us in your home , wanting us back to build you a duplex & referring us to your friends !!!!

Another job finished up and construction debris from about 4 jobs , time for a “dump run” thanks JT & Russ !!!

JT & Russ just finished bathroom #2 of this 2 bath remodel job !!! We would like to thank the old fire chief for having us in his daughter’s house for 2 new BEAUTIFUL bathrooms !!!

This job is a “2 bath remodel” 1 up & 1 down , but we had to do 1 at a time to keep the family functioning !! Upper one done , check it out it “had”a sunken tub …but no shower , so we changed the layout .. Russ & JT are doing AWESOME !!

The Laughlin’s

It’s been a lot of hard work and dedication BUT today we officially finished the Laughlin’s new home !!! 6 months / 3 men and we did everything from the foundation up !! Special thanks to Charlie Sengstock for his masonary work , Freedom Roofing for laying the shingles , George Molina for his HVAC & Tille Enterprise for the mounded sewer system !!! Russ , JT & I did the framing , sheeting , house rap , soffit siding & gutters , electrical , plumbing , insulation , drywall , priming & painting , flooring , cabinets & trim !! We would like to thank Allison & Jason Laughlin for choosing JLH !!! Here’s the start to finish !!!

The HVAC is done and we ran the last gas line to the cook top (see the flames 🔥) so the basement is done !!! We got the hand rails painted and one up !! Won’t be long now !!!

All the closet shelves installed , the rest of the interior hardware , the laundry room mop sink , HVAC all finished up ( great job GM) , and the kitchen sink faucet , sink baskets , garbage disposal , dish washer , beverage cooler & stove top all hooked up !!! Great day at the Laughlin’s !!! Litterally wont be long now !!!

Some doors are swinging & bypassing , trimmed out !!! and while Russ & JT are setting and trim the doors I am following up with caulk , putty & paint !! Some mirrors & lights up too !!!

All the windows are trimmed out !! Rec the door delivery today !!! On to more painting , lol !!!
