Shout out to our amazing Costa Rica team for helping clean up over 600kg of trash off the Playa Guacalillo beach!

Over 150 employees from our Costa Rica site came together to participate in this quarter's Charity Day by cleaning up trash along the Playa Guacalillo beach. Thank you to all who participated!

Some of our Interns and Engineers from our Austin, TX facility stopped by Florence High School to talk to middle and high school summer campers about choosing a career in Engineering. They build prosthetic hands and assembled 3-D printed fidget cubes.

Confluent was proud to participate as one of the sponsors of last week's MPO Summit in Costa Rica. Our Costa Rican team enjoyed catching up with industry colleagues and educating attendees on how Confluent has created a secure and reliable Nitinol supply chain for our customers.

Congratulations to our recent graduates of the Medical
Devices Fundamentals course. This 20-hour course focuses on educating new employees in the basics of the Medical Device Industry. From ISO 13485 to Process Validations, this training increases the knowledge of our employees and reinforces the culture of quality in our facilities.

Confluent's leadership team was honored to meet with Minister KT Rama Rao and Telangana Life Sciences last week while visiting our latest manufacturing facility in Hyderabad, India. This new facility will increase our capacity to support our customers in Nitinol Materials Conversion and further strengthen our Nitinol supply chain.

The team in Costa Rica attended a meeting with President Rodrigo Chaves through AMCHAM Costa Rica. They were updated on new projects the government is working on such as infrastructure, new investments, talent creation, free zones support strategies, and economic growth. They also met with the Minister of Employment of Costa Rica, Luis Paulino Mora Lizano on supporting our growing organization.
