These three Super Dads picked up their Aerial Princesses from their “Level Up” Lids Class last week, and we were all feeling the LO🩷E!

Our next Kids 4-Week series begins September 4 and is on MindBody NOW ☺️

Starting next week we have a couple of schedule changes!
The Wednesday Intermediate Sling class will now be Monday evenings at 7:30pm!
We will be adding a brand new class to the schedule on Friday evenings at 5:30pm with one of our newest instructors
Floorwork & Flow: In this class we will work more on the dance aspect of aerial, specifically focusing on gaining a stronger awareness and control over the body to help polish the overall look of your routines. This will be an active class aimed at training your muscles on the floor and moving to precise timing with some fabric work on the ground.

Pop-Up Class with Instructor
This session is focused on assisted self attunement. We will utilize the tools of body poses, meditation and reiki to get in touch with aspects of our inner experience, opening up to the possibility for stress release and inspiration without the expectation to solve anything.
It is open to all levels of experience and will be tailored as well as possible to the needs and desires of those who choose to attend.
Please dress in layers to prepare for extended periods of rest and bring a pillow and blanket for your added comfort.
This session is offered on a sliding scale to make it accessible for those who may feel financially stretched.

In this 8 week course your child will explore the world of Aerial Arts through expressive movement in multiple aerial apparatus! Each week coach will build their skills and confidence and we will and the 8 week session with a student showcase for family and friends to attend!!

Don’t miss our Spring Student Showcase on Saturday April 20th!! Our Students have been working hard choreographing solos to present to their family and friends! We also have a couple of professional performers in the mix ;)

Aerialists and dancers from and join forces with electronic music and visual artist for a dark and dreamy immersive experience you don’t want to miss. We’ve transformed the Sun Stereo Warehouse into a dreamscape for you to walk through, where the art is ever-changing.

Spin Technique: Have you ever wanted to spin gracefully and fast but are having a hard time? Do you get dizzy, nauseous, or simply have a hard time maintaining your spin? Let’s talk physics! Understanding centrifugal force, proper spin technique and body positioning will unlock this ability for you. Recommended that your bring ginger chews and arrive with minimal food in your stomach for optimal training.

Upgrade your Inversions: Are you struggling to invert in the air? Can you do short arm inversions but not long arm… yet? Do you want to learn how to make your inversions look better? Then you’ve come to the right workshop! In this 90 minutes we will breakdown what muscles need to be trained and how to train them in order to get beautiful lines and strong pathways in the air. There will be drills, stretches, and progressions for all levels. Come one, come all-let’s get inverted!

Looking for something fun for your kiddos over Summer? Look no further!! Aerial Space is offering a 6-week Kids Aerial Camp with instructor .
The camp includes six 1.5 hour sessions where your kiddos will learn the basics of Aerial Silks, Sling, and Static Trapeze! At the end of the 6 weeks students will have the opportunity to showcase their new skills to parents and close friend!!
