Going through so many eggs lately & THIS post is 💯. The prices just keep increasing along side with butter and flour. I will most likely have to relook my menu again in the coming year. I said that for this year but didn’t change a thing. However, this year I’ve been feeling the impact. The difference while shopping, 🥹 barely profiting, and more so doing this as a hobby—which I love doing because it’s my passion. I truly am so thankful for ALL of my guests and return guests who continue to believe in me and trust me to create their cakes. 🙌 Thank you so very much. Each of you are noticed and appreciated.

The weather has been beautiful here in Fresno, but also getting warmer by the day! Your buttercream cakes should do just fine during your summer weddings so long as you place my cakes in a shaded area. Our Italian Buttercream is known to be one of the more stable buttercream for warmer weathers. 🙌

Our first requested Fairytale themed cake. We had so much fun creating this adorable cake. This is just the beginning so please please request for more Fairytale, Mushrooms, Forestry, Froggy etc. We’ve only just scratched the surface 🥹.
