Our Blackstone and Herndon location will be temporarily closed for nearly a month for some renovation! During this period, our food truck will be parked at the same location, offering a limited menu almost every night. Please note that dine-in services are unavailable.

More than a decade ago, the Clovis store was opened by two ordinary folks with a simple idea to turn an American iconic meal into a local staple. Back then, the Herndon store was averaging 100,000 customers a year. Now, Colorado Grill sees an influx of more than half a million customers every year, equivalent to feeding the entire city of Fresno for a day!

If Ali had told someone 50 years ago that he would be feeding half a million customers a year, people would have thought he was crazy! So, never underestimate yourself; pursue your goals and never settle for just watching things happen or wondering what happened!
