I’m making some today! One of my favorites!

Just made this refreshing Broccoli Salad with a creamy dressing! Perfect for summer gatherings. 🥦🥗

Ingredients:

5 cups fresh broccoli florets
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
Dressing Ingredients:

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, red onion, cheddar cheese, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and bacon.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, granulated sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
