We know you don't want to ever hear your mechanic say those words, let alone imagine what the cost will be. Unfortunately, sometimes we have to deliver that dreadful blow.

It's not without good reason, like in this case.
A customer came in for a 'knocking noise.' We drained the oil & checked the filter. The culprit? We found a lot of metal in the filter. Our customer had to be quoted a new engine.

It's always a good idea to have regularly scheduled maintenance to try and avoid big ticket repairs.

Another day, another fuel pump rescue mission!

This fuel pump seized up. We had to pull the tank, rebuild and replace pump. 🛠🧰

Listen☝️ we LOVE a good DIY moment, but sometimes it doesn't turn out the way you planned. 🫣

This customer did their best MacGyver move by creating their own negative battery disconnect. Result? Caused draw and had to be replaced.

Not to worry- we got them back out on the road in no time.

Rat Trouble! 🐀 🧀

Our team fixed this wiring harness that had been chewed through! This caused multiple system malfunctions.
Entire harness had to be replaced.

Job opportunity: Office Admin for Auto Shop

A local automotive repair shop is seeking an office administrator to assist our current Office Manager in Webster, TX. We are looking for an individual with experience in Accounting & Marketing/Sales. The individual must be detail-oriented and a self-starter who has experience – but not limited to – accounting, payroll, human resources, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, customer service and other administrative duties as assigned. You will assist with different ranging duties for 20+ employees and report to the Office Manager. The position would start as a part-time opportunity at 20 hours max per week and the right candidate could transition into a full-time position within a year. This is a fast-paced environment, and no weekends are required.

JOB DUTIES:
- Proficient in Accounts Payables & Receivables
- Efficiently process 1099 forms
- Assist in processing payroll in a timely manner as needed.
- Assist in maintaining employee files – new & termed employees as needed.
- Schedule ASE, & miscellaneous classes for shop technicians
- Assist front of shop including answering phones & processing customers picking-up/dropping-off their vehicles
- Weekly update of social media pages
- LED sign software knowledge is a plus.
- Napa tracs software knowledge is a plus.
