If you have ever co-created something, you have given birth!

Before you spend the day with your family, thank yourself for showing up for your children, even when times are tough. We tend to put everyone else first before ourselves. However, on this day, it is a day to give yourself gratitude for the body are you in. How beautiful and fertile it is, to give birth to a child (ren).

I give you permission to give gratitude to yourself and how far you've come in this journey of motherhood. You are the nucleus of the family, the motherboard, the queen bee, and so special and important.

So I honor you women, for giving yourself permission to give yourself gratitude on this special day.

Speak- and the truth shall set you free.

Love- Not only give love but open to receiving love.

Doing: Dreams and aspirations only become reality when we take action. Let's step out of our comfort zones, and embracing new experiences.

Feeling: Our emotions are a powerful compass guiding us through life's journey. Let's embrace them all - the joy, the pain, the love, and the challenges. By allowing ourselves to feel deeply, we open our hearts to the richness of the heart.

I AM! What else is there to say?!

In the year 2020, I embarked on a journey to the enchanting island of Maui. It was not just a vacation; it was a quest for healing and rejuvenation. Little did I know that this voyage would forever change my perspective on life and I received magical gifts from the Universe. 💫

Mesmerized by the beauty that surrounded me, I envisioned a place where I could retire and play my ukulele on the beach!

But little did I know that paradise is not invincible. Nature, in all its glory, can be both our savior and our destroyer. The wildfires of August 2023 made me feel a pang of sorrow deep within my soul.

We must not take nature for granted, for it is intricately woven into the fabric of our existence. We must respect and nurture our environment, for it sustains us, provides us with beauty, and reminds us of the interconnectedness of all living beings.

Let us remember this, not just in times of calamity, but every single day. Let us be mindful of our actions and their impact on the Earth. We have the power to make a difference, to heal the wounds we have inflicted upon our home. It is not too late to change our ways and become guardians of Gaia.

As I reflect upon my time in Maui, I am reminded of the fragility and resilience of our planet.

Music experts often claim that the piano is a “harp in a coffin”, since both of them have strings which are plucked to create music.

However the piano has wires which are covered with keys, while the harp strings are exposed, and the strings are made from gut, nylon and wound wire.

Both these instruments have to be tuned, though the harp has to be tuned every time before playing, while the piano has to be tuned only occasionally.

Both instruments can be played while being seated.

One of the major differences is the history of these instruments, the harp was used since ancient times, there is evidence to prove that the harp was used in 3500 BC.

She is passionate and led by the heart. She expresses herself and her ideas freely, even if she feels vulnerable or afraid. She shares the talents and gifts she has and is tuned into her intuition and wisdom. She lives in women everywhere. Whether you want to live life simply or have great ambition, whether you are trying to make it to the top or just make it though tomorrow, the wild nature belongs to you. She truly belongs to all. The issue is simple. Without us the Wild Woman dies. Without the Wild Woman, we die.

Behind the GaiaSphere I walked this beautiful Labyrinth. It took long and I felt rushed in the beginning. 😆

A beautiful walking meditation that parallels the inner journey of reflection and meditation and the chance to become more aware of where we are in life, perhaps, an opportunity to come to reflect.

A Labyrinth is not a maze, it has no dead ends, it gives no problem to solve, and there is no task to accomplish. You can relax and I eventually did.

Walking a Labyrinth opens you to the possibility of gaining a new understanding and insight
into who you are and about your place in this universe.
In walking a Labyrinth we always end up where we started. A Labyrinth represents the path of life, with its twists and turns. And so it is. 💫

I had the most incredible weekend at the Ancient Civilizations conference with the most amazing speakers!
If you’ve ever pondered where humankind’s roots really spring from and learn about ancient sites around the world that share advanced construction techniques and surprisingly similar creation stories that mirror each other across continents, you would love this!

I experienced a great concert last night with my teacher, Suren Suresta. He’s taught me so much about Himalayan singing bowls.

My first booth showing beings the benefits of Himalayan bowls and profound effects of healing and sound, infused with reiki energy.

I have worked hard to getting to this state of consciousness. My shift was the result of deep inner work and reprogramming old belief systems.

🌹My Goddess energy, my true femine essence, reflecting my journey, my life and giving myself permission to feel good in a non-judgemental loving way.
Accepting who I am, connecting with my body, letting go, and trusting the process. Loving myself. And so it is. 💫

Reflection and introspection in a small group is an important part of post integration sound healing circle, where we can explore the wisdom and insights received during one’s journey.

When we sit down to share our stories in the spirit of openness and compassion, we each become sacred mirrors for each other.
