Hair is primarily made up of protein, so be sure to eat at least 45 grams of protein daily and fill up on vitamins + minerals. They really do make a difference!

📌Here’s a thorough breakdown of my ideal aftercare routine for clients and why it’s so important
When it comes to cleaning eyelash extensions, it's important to take the proper steps to ensure their longevity and the health of your natural lashes. Failure to clean them can lead to poor lash health, retention issues, or worse… bugs in your lashes 🐜
Ideally, wait about 8 hours to get your lashes wet to allow the adhesive to fully cure. After that, you can begin cleaning them with a lash cleanser or gentle oil-free makeup remover. Use a soft-bristled brush to gently clean the lashes, being careful not to tug or pull on them.
Next, rinse the lashes thoroughly with water or saline solution (my personal fav) and pat them dry with a clean, lint-free towel. Avoid rubbing your eyes or lashes, as this can cause them to shed prematurely. It's also important to avoid using any oil-based products on or near your lashes, as these can weaken the adhesive bond and cause the lashes to fall out. (NO NEUTROGENA WIPES!!) Instead, opt for oil-free moisturizers and makeup removers.
Finally, it's important to maintain your lash extensions by getting regular touch-ups every 2-3 weeks. This will help to replace any lashes that have fallen out naturally and keep your extensions looking full and voluminous. By following these proper cleaning and maintenance steps, you can enjoy beautiful, long-lasting lash extensions without damaging your natural lashes🤩
