Today we celebrate Deese’s birthday. She came to us from one of the large pool builders in the area. She loves the camaraderie and sense of family here. She will be one of the sweet voices or texts you will hear/see when you call or text our main phone line. Happy Birthday, Deese!

Today we celebrate Chap’s 3 Year Cool Pool People Anniversary. Chap was recently promoted to Warehouse Manager. He serves our clients and our team by helping to prepare our “home” to do the work our team does. We appreciate Chap’s consistency and hard work each day!

Today we celebrate Luc’s birthday. She is an incredible addition to our team! She steps up when the team needs assistance, she raises her hand when she needs help, her kindness and positive attitude creates a wonderful ripple effect within our team.

It is Socktober at Cool Pool People. We are collecting fuzzy socks and monetary donations for National Breast Cancer Foundation. Our clients are so cool! We’ve collected over 400 pair in week one.

Luc and the rest of our team members came to work ready to collect fuzzy socks for the National Breast Cancer Foundation today. Luc even made her own earrings and Tizoc painted her bucket pink! The sock donations are already coming in!!! We are so grateful for our generous clients.

It is time for our "Socktober" campaign again this year! Our team members are having a friendly competition to see who can collect the most socks. Next week we will collect pink, gray and white fuzzy socks to benefit the National Breast Cancer Foundation now through October 20th. We LOVE this local organization which provides national support to help women around the world by educating them about breast cancer and the importance of early detection. If you leave donations at your pool equipment pad, our team members would be honored to pick them up.

Today we celebrate Amanda’s two year work anniversary! Amanda works tirelessly behind the scenes to support our team. She is instrumental in the on boarding process of new hires. She has a very good system in place to ensure our clients filter cleans are handled in a timely matter. She closes every single work day to make sure nothing gets missed. This Labor Day is Chap’s Birthday! No doubt you will find him as usual today, right on time, and doing the best job cleaning the pools he cares for. This morning we celebrated Eric’s upcoming birthday. On Wednesday, August 30, it is his golden birthday! Eric is one of the first faces our clients see. He is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. It takes these special skills to transition new clients and pools onto one of our weekly pool care routes. Eric has started-up well over 500 new accounts for us with great attention to detail and care. He works smart and hard to prepare pools for our team which in turn helps set them up for success caring for them. He gives our new clients a great introduction to what Cool Pool People is all about!

Tonight we celebrated 15 years of serving Cool Pool People! Thanks to those who could be there and we missed those who couldn’t be!! To add to the fun, our team surprised Todd with a visit from a Mermaid! It was a magical evening! Thank you Tx Cucina Italiana LLC and Mermaid Dream School.
