Laweziana after some of the best classes Fit Jam has ever had your class was last and still full, in fact more people signed up for your class than any other. “That was my favorite class‼️” I heard many say. You would think after 4 hours of working out our guest would have been done BUT THEY DIDNT WANT TO MISS YOUR CLASS. I am so proud of you and I appreciate you and your team for the energy and professionalism you bring to Fit Jam Weekend.

To my MIAMI peeps thank you for the hospitality especially ANTOINETTE “That Black Girl Fit”. Thank you for connecting me with the right people. Thank you for supporting me and you had never met me before that means a lot. Thank you for great communication and really pouring into our weekend with your time and energy. Special thanks to Anna Fordham Fitness, Jarod Lemon and Boss Chick Dance Fitness for making sure we got that MIAMI VIBE. All of you are extremely talented and I pray God continues to bless your platforms exceedingly and abundantly.

When I started this journey 10 years ago I never imagined Fit Jam Weekend would be here. God has really brought some incredible people to my life that continue to push me to keep going & growing. Houston, New Orleans, Las Vegas, Atlanta, Bahamas, Miami WOW‼️

Where to Next?

A long overdue Thank You is in order.

PART 1

Since I landed back from Miami for our Fit Jam 10 Year Anniversary my world has been all over the place. Every time I started to pen this letter there wasn’t enough time or the appropriate words didn’t come to mind. I couldn’t just throw out a simple thank you because this year BY FAR was the most rewarding and incredible weekend to date. THE PEOPLE, THE PEOPLE I say again THE PEOPLE‼️‼️‼️ THE PEOPLE made this weekend.

I will start by thanking my team that not only logistically make it possible to pull off this event but MORE IMPORTANTLY they genuinely care about me and always make sure I’m mentally, physically and emotionally good throughout the weekend. My mom Grady El my husband Cory Jones, Bree Bennett, Robyn Dena and my daughter Raven.

This year we welcomed 2 new fitness phenoms to the line-up WADE BRYANT / NYC & REGGIE C FITNESS / Houston‼️ Wade thank you for taking time away from your celebrity clients (Cardi B , P. Diddy, Tiffany Haddish, LIZZO) 😆 to give our guest an incredible experience that they are still talking about today.

REGGIE C FITNESS I didn’t know when I was lead your way your spirit and heart was so pure. You definitely was suppose to be at Fit Jam you and your tribe made the weekend a WHOLE VIBE. Your genuine love for supporting people and hyping them up is why you will continue to blossom. I have gained a new family in Reggie C Fitness and I can’t wait to work together again❤️

Dwight Holt Jr you have been rocking Fit Jam Weekend for 6 years in fact I refuse to do Fit Jam without YOU‼️You bring that much value to the overall tone of the weekend. Working with you and Toya from day 1 has been a joy and I Love You FOR REAL❤️

When they say New Orleans knows how to party THEY AINT LYIN’ Baaaaaaby Get Fit with Corey NOLA didn’t come to play. There planning, preparation and prayers to give Fit Jam guest an amazing experience was very evident. They didn’t just show up and do a class, Corey and his family gave us a whole experience and I am forever grateful.
