How does private tutoring work?

The principal focus of private tutoring is subject-specific remediation or enrichment. We will use a combination of the student’s textbooks/workbooks/materials, internally developed resources, and other Open Educational Resources (OER). Our objective is to reinforce the content taught in their standard classroom. If remediation is necessary, the tutor may need extra time to build missing foundational skills.
