It bridged the medical and fitness to elevate the standard in the services i provide today!🩷 BRAC(Body Rhythm Analysis & Correction) is service i built for the clients that have recently experienced an injury or unknown pain and they want to take care of it before it really caises them problems or sometimes it already is. Limiting them from thwir regular exercise routine or daily chores or activities. We use just a portion of the Ortho-Kinetics system, bodywork to release and calm things down and then assign homework(daily stretches and exercises to maintain the adjustments that we make)(simular to what someone would experience in physical therapy type setting) Often times only one or two sessions are required for this on acute discomforts. There’s a big difference between mobility and flexibility, but a lot of people use those words synonymously. Mobility is range of motion, but really deemed more passive. Whereas flexibility is in the word, the ability to flex. No matter what word you decide to use, your range of motion should be based on your bodies, ability to stabilize that movement. If you can actively, and on purpose, get to a position, then you shouldn’t be there! This is where people get hurt! And right now there’s a whole trend about gaining mobility and movement, and a lot of that movement is one-sided. And by that I mean one-sided to the joint, whereas it’s creating a muscular imbalance, where one side is mobile and then the other side is not.
