The Monday ReFLOORmer has been so popular we added a 2nd offering. This class is designed for beginners, seniors and clients on a rehabilitation journey.

MONDAY 6:30AM with on the schedule now

TUESDAY 5:30PM with starting 8/20

BEYOND500 is unlike any other class! We combine heart-pumping intervals on the Woodway Curve treadmill with Pilates-based resistance training using Pilates chairs, bands & kettlebells. Just don’t forget your sneakers. And a water. And probably a towel😅
