Fall 2024: Seats Available

So excited to offer POSC 220: Intro to Public Administration with Professor Jim Box who has more than two decades of experience in local government in Orange County.

Student Reviews:
"I got a job in city government because of Professor Box. It's the best class because you start using what you're learning day 1."

"Even if you don't want a job in local government, I learned so much about how I can be involved and how many services our city government offers. Amazing guest speakers!"

"Getting to play a city council member in the Buena Park City Council Chambers is a core memory forever. Such a great class. I wish more students knew about it."

If you're interested in learning about local government and careers in public administration, I highly recommend this class.

So many of his students got internships, applied for city commissions, and jobs in city government because of this class.
