Best practice is to water your lawn in the early morning hours between 5-8am. Watering in the evening keeps your lawn damp through the night making it susceptible to fungi and other diseases. Those with Bermuda lawns should water once or twice a week with a goal of 1" of water on your lawn. This will promote deep root growth to help make your lawn drought resistant.
