And 1 (2 oz) of an assortment of all of the above.

Light lunch today. Some pan fried tofu with butter and lemon pepper and some extra delicious pea micros and can’t forget the Chick-fil-A sauce. 🌱

Harvest night. I made up some sampler boxes and plan to pop into some local restaurants and food carts in the morning. Wish me luck.

Harvest time. Sometimes it’s a pretty messy process.
I’m very thankful that hurricane Ian did not effect us too much here. One day of no power and one canceled farmers market.
Thoughts and prayers go out to everyone not as fortunate.

Everything moved into light today!
A little bummed out the farmers market was rescheduled because of weather but looking forward to new opportunities.
Due to the impending storm this weekend the farmers market at Tractor Supply has been postponed until November 5th. Hopefully we will be able to catch our first market before then but we will keep everyone posted!
