Wow, y’all! First, I am truly humbled by the support you guys have shown by liking my page. We have a lot of new faces here so I wanted to Welcome everyone. I’m so happy to have you here. 👋💜

The purpose of this page is to further my reach and educate as many as possible about Myofunctional therapy and it’s massive benefits to the function of our face, tongue and airway.

Most people have no idea a lot of their problems or conditions are directly related to how the muscles are or aren’t functioning in the head and neck region.

Myofunctional therapy is a holistic approach and addresses the root cause of these issues with simple exercises performed daily.

🪥🦷As a bonus.. My background is in dental hygiene so I’ll also be throwing in tons of cool oral hygiene tips and tricks and info I’ve learned along the way to help you optimize your oral health. Believe it or not, Myofunctional therapy can sometimes be an important part of truly achieving oral health.
