Yep, we said the "S" word...summer is almost over and school will be back in session before you know it. We’ve all been there as parents too, as soon as your kid gets in the car to quickly head to after school activities they say those words that change everything: I’m hungry. We can begin the interrogation about what happened to the lunch we sent them with or all the cafeteria food that was on the menu for that day, but none of that will change the fact food just became an immediate need.
