We are a family-owned and operated business located in Gahanna, Ohio with a combined thirty years of experience in energy-efficient lighting. Green lighting wholesale specializes in Lighting Audits, Tax Incentive Programs, and Lighting Layouts. The main goal for Green Lighting Wholesale is to provide our customers with innovative technology that will be the most economic and efficient solution for their projects.
We are now looking for a full-time Order Processor / Data Entry / Customer Service Clerk.
Duties include:
* Provide ultimate customer service to our customers and Sales team
* Build and maintain rapport with key customers
* Accurate entry of orders, returns, and other data into the system
* Provide order status information to customers
* Communicate order changes in a timely and professional manner
* Act as a customer liaison with the appropriate internal departments
* Maintain Customer Records in the system
* Process and ship all orders received through the website. Deliver production in a timely manner,
meeting all established deadlines.
* Manage customer service inquiries over the phone and by email.
Qualifications:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent computer skills with strong knowledge of MS Office - Word, and Excel· Highly detail-oriented and able to multitask-
· Good Organizing skills
· Be able to think critically when presented a difficult task
Salary: Starting at $15 per hour

- Answer simple multi-line phones
- Generating customer invoices
· Posting payments received from customers
- Auditing customer billing for errors
- Various reporting & month-end closing activities
- Emailing and filing of all invoices
· Processing customer credit applications
· Assist in maintaining customer relationships.
· Provide daily updates to salesforce on open orders.
Job Requirements:
· Excellent verbal & communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Detail and accuracy oriented
· Logical & independent thinking yet able to take direction as needed.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not necessary.
