It may not have a private dock on the lake, but you also couldn't find this much house at this price if it did! This home DOES have 30 feet of frontage on the lake and almost 2000 sq ft of living space AND an unfinished basement (stubbed for a bathroom!), and is listed under $500k! Oh, and did I mention there is also no HOA? Lake life is calling your name!

So happy for my clients on this one! We met in March, when they decided they would like to be closer to their daughter and grandkids. After a long time searching for just the right place, they are now in the same neighborhood instead of an hour and a half away. There are many great reasons to move. Family is one of the best.

Also, remember this about mortgage rates and buying a home: You marry the home, you date the rate. (Meaning you can always refinance later!)

My clients were able to close on this home yesterday, but it almost didn't happen!
