Werkshop49 is a European automotive repair shop located in Gainesville, Florida led by factory trained technicians. Our team provides routine maintenance, repairs, and performance modification services for Audi, BMW, Porsche, and Volkswagen. We are currently seeking experienced technicians to join our team at our newly renovated 8000 square foot facility. An ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Mandatory 3+ years of shop experience working on Audi, BMW, Porsche, or Volkswagen vehicles (Factory training is preferred)
Self motivated, punctual, and professional.
Own a complete set of mechanic's tools.
Ability to pass a thorough background check.
Valid Driver's License
Clean Driving Record

Duties and responsibilities will include:

Expertly diagnose issues based upon experience, analysis, and testing
Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, manuals, and reference materials
Perform routine service inspections and repairs on customer vehicles as stated on work orders
Treat customer cars with utmost respect and care during service.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
Perform other duties as assigned

This is the result of an air conditioning repair we did recently on a client’s 2010 Vw CC. Blowing 38 deg from the vents. Brrrrrrrrr

Most healthy automotive A/C systems should have a vent temperature between 36 and 45 deg.

This lucky N54 out of a 3 series got a pair of upgraded turbos, some new rod bearings, a basic reseal and a new clutch. Our client is going to love it.

Edit: We took the car to the Dyno today to tune it. It made 405 hp and 453 ft lbs of Tq to the wheels on 93 oct pump gas and stage 1 turbos.

Our driveway will be blocked most of the day while some utility building on our property are relocated. We will be back to normal tomorrow 05/05/20

Today we put H&R sport lowering springs on a client’s 2019 Tesla Model 3 Rwd. This is a nice mild improvement to the ride quality and aesthetics.

After careful consideration, we've decided to re-open our doors. As of today, we are accepting appointments only and instituting contact-less service. At drop-off, please leave your keys in our drop box. Estimates and invoices will be provided over the phone/email, and payment will also be made over the phone. Once we confirm you are en route for pickup, your vehicle will be in our secure parking lot with keys and invoice inside ready for you.

Our lobby will not be accessible during this time. We know this is not ideal, but we will make ourselves available via phone for any additional questions or concerns. Our team is excited to get back to work and take care of our customers safely.

In the past week, we've seen an intensification of COVID-19 spread, not just in Gainesville, but across our state. While we have been taking extra precautions for the safety of our employees and customers alike, we believe the best course of action at this point is to temporarily close.

We had John’s super clean Audi RS5 in last week for a substantial transmission cooler upgrade, regular maintenance, and both JHM engine and transmission Stage II tuning. This is an awesome vehicle!!!

It’s been a long week of working around the electricians. However, we now have decent lighting!!! Excuse the mess, we are still figuring things out.

We've been servicing Berkeley's vehicles for years, so we were happy to help her install a trailer hitch on her brand new sausage hauler. You can check out our handiwork the next time you catch Stubbies Pop-up Sausages around town!
