The clutch kit put together by HS Tuning retains use of the factory dual mass flywheel allowing it to dampen all transmission harmonics meaning no noise and no chatter.

Jeff's German Auto Repair is looking for an experienced technician to assist in diagnosing as well as repairing modern Volkswagen and Audi vehicles.

Responsibilities,
Properly inspect, diagnose, and repair customer vehicle concerns
Accurately explain vehicle needs
Assist other technician with repairs when needed

Requirements,
Provide own tools to use in repair of customer vehicles
Knowledge of safe operation of shop machinery and proper usage of tools
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Experience in diagnosing vehicle concerns (VW/Audi specific experience is preferred but not needed)
Must have valid driver license
Must be able to work 40 hours weekly (mon-fri)
Must be able to keep/maintain a clean work environment

Do you have wet carpet or water leaking on to you from the roof area of your Vw or Audi vehicle? If so it is likely that the sunroof drains in you car are clogged with debris. All 4 drains on this Passat were clogged causing some 4 inches of water to pool in the floor board. We were able to clear and test all 4 sunroof drains, verifying no more water leaking into the car. Cust does not have time for us to pull the carpet so we sucked the water out from the top then went under the carpet at each door and sucked out as much water as possible after that we set up some fans and put the car in the sun to dry.

Carbon cleaning and some basic maintenance on this pristine RS5 daily driver today.

CC in the shop getting some much needed attention. Resealing the valve cover, replacing the upper timing cover gaskets, pcv valve, and doing a carbon cleaning on the intake valves while replacing the intake manifold.

Our Westfalia Camper T3 Eurovan project was in today for more upgrades. It got a new kitchen LED Light fixture, it also got a Maxfan temperature controlled automatic roof mounted vent fan system and some “Groovy” led color changing ambient lighting. This is a sweet camper as all of this is powered by the 200w solar system we installed in the last visit.

Very cool tech here from Audi and Gainesville is one of the city’s on the beta list.

Tiguan in the shop getting sticking fuel injectors replaced as well as a walnut shell blasting that completely removes carbon build up on the intake valves. 👍. This cleaning service allows the engine to run much smother when started cold.
