Here is an area that was graded, seeded and straw grassed. We have had one of the most rainy winters ever that I can remember. The grass is finally starting to take hold and stabilize the ground. Summertime should bring green grass and a solid area that will improve the look of the homeowners estate!

PROBLEM FENCE:
My clients neighbor had a company install a fence that created a runoff issue. Furthermore, the company did not match the grade during the install. The fence looked uneven with the existing grade and neither homeowner was happy with the result.

SPARTAN X CONSTRUCTION SOLUTION:
To address the runoff issue the area was graded to slope towards a natural swell that existed. The grade was also matched to the bottom most board of the fence. This created an even slope from end to end on the fence. After grading was complete, silt fence was added to take care of drainage issues until grass straw stabilizes the area.

My client had previously complained of outrageous quotes he received before contacting myself. Through communication with the homeowner a solution was created at a price that matched his budget. An important note to add is that all grading was done with existing dirt on site. This kept costs low and allowed a noninvasive solution to be executed.
