Menu options change each week and a new menu is posted every Monday afternoon! Order by Friday at 1pm for Sunday meal prep. Delivery is offered at a small charge (depending on location) or there is a free pick up option available in Gainesville. DM with any questions or additional info!

This week is all about offering some nutritious comfort food without the guilt. Plus there’s just something about that cooler weather, football and a bowl of chili.
🚨‼️With it being a smaller menu- the minimum order for this week is 3 meals (normally 5)- however, there will be a delivery charge with that. Unless the order is the usual 5 meal minimum and order and payment are made by Monday or Tuesday, will I still offer the free delivery. ‼️🚨

✨Bison Chili✨
Bison is a much leaner cut of meat and pairs perfect with the other rich and hearty flavors from the beans and vegetables. And you can’t have a bowl of chili without some cornbread… we ARE in the south here. Each 24oz container of chili will have a homemade honey cornbread muffin to go with🙂
✨Protein Peanut Butter Balls✨
If you’ve been ordering for a while then you’ll know what these are! These will hold over in the freezer for weeks, which is how I prefer to eat them anyways. But if you like them a little softer then just store in the fridge. They are the perfect snack or something to satisfy that sweet tooth. ⚠️Warning⚠️ highly addictive.
✨Paleo Apple Crisp✨
I’ve been making this for the family for a couple years now and it’s absolutely delicious. You’d never know it was healthy and only uses paleo and gluten free ingredients. Zero refined sugars. My kiddos absolutely love it!

For those that don’t know, I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant and I’m not sure how many weeks I have left in me😅 My body is definitely slowing down but I know I can handle another 2-3 weeks of meal prep. I wouldn’t feel comfortable taking orders (or even standing/cooking for that many hours) once I hit the 38 week mark. 🍑🫐Peach Blueberry Baked Oatmeal🫐🍑
Y’all, this one is delicious and addicting. Made it twice last week and it didn’t last a full day between myself and my two teenage boys. Made with gluten free organic oats, fresh summer peaches and blueberries, almond butter, protein almond milk, eggs, vanilla extract, warm spices, maple syrup and topped with some organic local raw honey. Perfect for those who don’t like a huge breakfast but still want that filling energy boost. Also makes a great midday snack or even a healthy dessert (my boys topped theirs with vanilla ice cream after dinner one night😉).
🍠🍳🫑Sweet Potato Breakfast Skillet🫑🍳🍠
This egg and sweet potato scramble is the perfect way to start your day if you’re focused on getting enough protein in your diet. The eggs and sausage are high in protein and the sweet potato is a low glycemic carb that’s high in fiber, which helps to keep your blood sugar balanced throughout the morning. The spinach and red peppers add more essential vitamins making this paleo dish a great breakfast option!

HIGH PROTEIN PASTA SALAD
Flavor packed and loaded with protein using simple delicious ingredients. It’s the perfect dish for summer and can be eaten cold or hot. The dressing is homemade with olive oil, fresh lemon juice, dijon mustard, garlic, seasonings, balsamic vinegar and raw honey. My personal favorite way to eat it is keeping the pasta cold and heating up the chicken, but any way you choose is delicious!

The majority of people said they preferred wellness shots over juices added to the menu so here you go! I got 2 options, Ginger Shot and Tumeric Shot. Ingredients are listed below on the menu. NOTE these are fresh pressed and perishable so please consume within 4 days for maximum benefits before natural oxidation occurs. Both options are loaded with antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties, are digestive aids and great for gut health. ✨These are also 4 OZ SERVINGS (double what you’d find in a grocery store)✨ So you can break it into 2 servings if needed🙂 Truth be told, I could not find your typical 2oz size bottles so I went with the 4oz. $8 is what EACH wellness shot cost. Just let me know which one you’d like when you place an order!
Protein French Toast is also a new option this week! It is 2 slices of a thick sliced multigrain bread, dipped in an egg, almond milk, vanilla whey protein, cinnamon blend. Zero sugar vanilla Chobani Greek Yogurt, sugar free maple syrup and fresh mixed berries ALL on the side for topping.
And lastly, Sweet Potato Burger Bowl… absolutely delicious. Most toppings will be on the side but please let me know if there is anything you want me to omit (red onions, pickles, tomatoes, cheese, etc.)

Smoked Turkey Sausage & Veggies is a new item added to the menu this week! I made it for dinner last week, thinking I would have plenty remaining for leftovers but noooope. We all had multiple plates full of it🤤
Typically I will pan sear the salmon but it cooks sooooo much better grilling it on the Blackstone. Definitely restaurant quality!
