POLE PROMPT: “Hands & Pole”

This prompt is built to be customized. Make a choice at the beginning of your freestyle, then decide how to play 🤸

Here are some variations:

🖐 Only do moves with one hand.

🫱🫲Choose either the right or left hand & keep it on the pole at all times.

🤲 Keep both hands on the pole at all times.

🚫 No hands on the pole during your dance.

Freestyle PRO-TIP: Songs with a slow tempo are great for prompts because they are less distracting. & Be sure to check that timestamp for those sneaky 5+ minute songs!

Once you’re done, take a second to reflect: 🤔

- Were there awkward moments? & How did you find your way out of them?

- Did you discover any new transitions or variations? Something you loved about this dance?

Prompts are great for changing your POV in your pole practice. The extra focus on one aspect can reveal details you may have never thought of otherwise. It’s a creative and physical challenge, and that's why we love them!

Our Kara short is a cheeky mid rise active short suitable for pole, running, lifting, and even hot yoga classes. This fabric is moisture wicking and UV protective, so yes, you can swim in them.

The flattering b***y curve and scrunch butt will make these the shorts you don't want to take off. Our proprietary functional fit uses reinforced stitching and strategically placed elastic to keep you secure and supported.

We have thought of all the details of comfort including printed labels and hiding elastic in between layers of fabric.

Speaking of fabric, we use material that is certified eco-friendly, certified recycled, made with 13 plastic water bottles per yard, and is used by other brands you know and trust like Patagonia and FitBit. These fabrics are Certified Blue Sign and OEKO-TEX.
