Happy 4th of July! Here's some delicious BBQ tempeh we made to enjoy with friends and family on this lovely afternoon.

Carolina BBQ glazed yellow pea tempeh. Perfect for your 4th of July celebrations!

You can pick up our unique soy-free yellow pea tempeh at Wards Supermarket and the Haile Farmers Market.

Quick and easy tempeh sandwich using our "Cooked & Seasoned Tempeh" available at Ward's Supermarket.

Tempeh makes awesome taco "meat"!

It's easy:
Slice&dice the tempeh, pan fry, and when it gets golden and crispy add your taco seasonings (either a premix or your favorite combo of chili, cumin, garlic, cayenne, etc), add a splash of water and cover to steam for a minute or two.

Not pictured: constructed tempeh taco... It was too good to put down.
