"What is the best age to take my kid to Disney?"

There is no universal answer to this question, but I will say, there are some definite perks of bringing a small child to Disney World!

✨Children under 3 are FREE!! That's right! No park ticket!! You could save hundreds on that alone!

✨Rider switch! If you have a child in your group that doesn't meet the height requirement for certain rides, YOU CAN STILL RIDE. Someone hangs back with the kid who can't ride and then when the first group is done riding, the person who waited gets to SKIP THE LINE!! (This can be a major perk if you have a bigger kid, because in most cases they will let them ride BOTH times!!)

✨Baby care centers! Every park has a baby care center for parents to use as a quiet place to escape, change diapers, feed the baby etc. This is SUPER CONVENIENT for nursing moms!!

✨FIRST HAIRCUT! Did you know that Magic Kingdom has a working barber shop on main street? They specialize in baby's first haircut and they will even give you a commemorative Mickey ears hat to make it EXTRA special! It is such a unique way to make a lasting memory at Disney World!

✨AND FINALLY, there is NOTHING like seeing the magic of Disney through a young child's eyes!! Even if they won't remember it, YOU WILL. And I'm speaking from experience when I say those are some of the most precious memories you can make as a family 🥰

Disney for my people who HATE waiting in lines! ⬇️⬇️

The parks start really filling in with people around 10:30 and reach their busiest point typically around 12-2pm. To mimimize the amount of time you will spend waiting in line, try getting to the parks at rope drop! ☀️
Rope drop means getting to the parks 45min-1hr BEFORE they open. You will typically be able to get on a few rides before the lines get super long! 👍

(this isn't the best option for every family, but if you are a morning person, this is a GREAT way to help you skip the lines!! For best results use genie+ AND ropedrop!!)
