New Po' Boy! TNT! Tempeh and Turqkay! Smokey roasted, soy free, yellow pea tempeh and house made Turqkay on a roasted 8" french pistolet. Dressed with lettuce, tomato, pickle, house made vegan mayo, and Louisiana style hot sauce.
