•How does it work?
Each pack produces up to two steams! Boil 5 cups of water and add half of a pack to the pot. Stir the herbs inside of the pot and cover the pot with a lid. Let your mixture steep for five minutes. After five minutes, pour your mixture into a separate bucket, bowl, or steam seat. Squat or sit on your bucket, bowl, or steam seat for 20 minutes. Be sure to cover yourself and the steam with a towel, blanket, or long wide skirt to prevent the steam from escaping.
•What does it do?
Yoni steams are a vaginal steam meant to help with the following:
reducing menstrual cramps, bloating, and heavy bleeding. It also boosts fertility,
promotes healing after childbirth treats hemorrhoids, and increases energy by reducing fatigue. If you’re someone who struggles with chronic yeast infections or BV, this helps treat that.
