The rainstorm on Tuesday evening got the floors a bit wet and we’re cleaning and drying up today. So, we need an extra day to prep/shop for Friday-Sunday.

Maritozzi is a Roman specialty of lightly sweetened whipped cream in a brioche bun. Ours is a brioche doughnut with jam, lots of whipped cream, and strawberries. We’ll have these on Fridays.
It’s extra in the right way!
These are big 10” Dutch Baby’s that come in a bakery box with wooden utensils. Very shareable, create your own brunch in the park or at home!
I first learned about Dutch Baby’s in the late 90’s and put them on the menu at our first restaurant, Daybreak. We really wanted to offer them at the doughnut shop and Sunday is the only day since I don’t have to make doughnuts for the next day.

We’ve been friends with the folks at Opus since our first restaurant, Daybreak. Really happy to have them back on the menu!
We are changing from a Fish Fry to opening mornings as a Doughnut and Bakery with coffee starting this Saturday(4/20) at 7:30am!
We love the Fish Fry, it’s been wonderful how much ya’ll have loved it, too💕. But…what you really love has been the doughnuts. I’m happy to pivot toward what you all are looking for, grab and go in the mornings. I’ll need a few days to change over the kitchen to full time baking and make a display counter, we’ll only be closed a few days. I’m excited to put all my time into the doughnuts and baking, I think you all are going to love it!🤗

Fried in peanut oil. Hushies, slaw, and tartar are all plant-based and made in house.
