As a Freight Tracker/Tracer Associate you will play a critical role in tracking freight shipments across the nation. By being our eyes and ears you ensure that customers, drivers, and company needs are all met.

Qualifications:
• We prefer someone with prior trucking/transportation/logistics experience for this position.
• Must have dependable transportation and be comfortable reporting to the office for your assigned shift.
• Self-motivated problem-solver with a strong desire to complete assigned tasks.
• Ideal candidate has a can-do, must-do work ethic
• Attention to detail, the ability to complete an assignment.
• Must be able to effectively initiate and complete 80 to 100 phone calls per shift.
• Must be able to communicate well verbally and in writing.
• Customer service skills/experience are a plus.

Responsibilities:
• This position supports the company by providing visibility and documentation for all freight moving within our system.
• The main focus of this role is to provide clear and concise communication on all loads moving within the company, and proactively identify and mitigate any problems that might impact on time movement.
• Initiate check calls with all drivers on pick-ups, deliveries, or any event that might impact freight movement.
• Handle all driver communication resolving any problems or events that arise.
• Maintain accurate records on times, dates, equipment numbers, freight bill information, and any other data that should be retained.
• Work proactively with all departments to ensure all communication is shared in an accurate and timely manner.
• Complete post-shift recaps.
• Meet KPIs as assigned.
• Report to management as instructed.

Our Driver Spotlight for August 2024 is Reynaldo Narvaez🥳Reynaldo was born in Houston, TX, and was raised in McAllen, TX. He now lives in Irving, TX with his wife and their three children. Reynaldo has been a truck driver for over 15 years. His brother, David, introduced him to the trucking industry. His favorite thing about being a driver is being out on the open road. Our Driver Spotlight for July 2024 is Mark Pittman🥳 Mark was born and raised in McLean, NY. He now lives in Roanoke Rapids, NC. Mark used to be a helper for a local moving company. He decided he wanted a career change so he decided to go to trucking school. Mark got his CDL and decided to get on the road! He has been in the industry for over 35 years. He loves traveling and visiting new places. In his free time, Mark likes to work on cars and trucks. We are so blessed to have Mark on our team!
