On a stormy day with roads that were not cleared, Heather had a feeling she needed to check on her wheelchair-bound patient. When she couldn't get in contact with him over the phone, she made her way to his home and found him on the floor with the wheelchair on top of him. She acted quickly, called 911, and stayed by his side the entire time. According to her leader, all her patients are treated with this level of care and clinical excellence.
