As we continue to celebrate National Career Development Month, Caliber is proud to recognize Ari, the first female TAP graduate at Caliber Collision, KY.
In an industry where women are the minority, teammates like Ari don't let statistics steer them in a different direction. Ari is a collision repair technician that turned to the Technician Apprentice Program to help her sharpen her professional skills, learn the latest in automotive technology advancement and receive collision repair training that will propel her toward a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

In honor of , Caliber is proud to recognize our incredible teammates who have served and chosen Caliber to help support their transition to civilian life.
Chancey previously served as a paratrooper for the 82nd Airborne division. He wanted to transition to a rewarding career path as a civilian and chose the Changing Lanes program to develop skills that would benefit himself and those around him. Upon completion of Changing Lanes, Chancey became a full-time body technician at a Caliber Collision center where his ability to learn and grow with his teammates has elevated his level of confidence and security.

November is National Career Development Month and Caliber is committed to developing leaders in the collision repair industry through the Changing Lanes program. Changing Lanes is a Career Skills Program that supports active-duty military transitioning into civilian life by providing 15-week hands-on training for multiple program paths and guaranteed job placement upon completion. Upon placement, Caliber provides continued support to help graduates ensure success beyond service.
