RMCHCS- I-CEO, Bill Patten - Lawsuit Against RMCHCS Settled

GALLUP, New Mexico—Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Care Services (RMCHCS).

Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Care Services (RMCHCS) is pleased to announce that, working in partnership with its legal counsel (Paul Melendres), insurance companies, and the plaintiff, the lawsuit that had been brought against the hospital earlier this year has been settled to the mutual satisfaction of all parties involved. This settlement comes with no cost being passed along to RMCHCS.
The confidential terms of the agreement will also protect the hospital against any future litigation on this matter or any topic related to it.
Bill Patten, Interim CEO, commented on this outcome, “I am pleased that this legal issue is now behind us. With this settlement, we can now return our full and complete focus to providing high quality patient care to the residents of Gallup and McKinley County.”
