But a little paint and it’s good to go. This unit has a time delay surge protector on it. It will wait for power to stabilize before turning the system on, monitoring both legs of power coming into the unit for under/over voltage. This is a Carrier Mini Split 12,000 BTU with a Kool Guard Surge Protector.

It’s very important to clean your condenser units, we do sell maintenance packages with coil cleaning included. This compressor should be alot happier now.

Carrier Infinity change out, this system is very energy efficient. Removed old duct and unit from house, and installed all new.

Finished up a Carrier Mini Split 2 head unit. The old head unit was over sized for the room, so it will need a little painting. Other then that unit is running great and we have a happy customer .

Please check your Air Filters in your HVAC to unit help prevent a service call. Most filters should be replaced every 30-90 days. As we start up our AC systems this year. This will help your system perform better, and less cost out of your pocket on repairs.
