We had a great time at the Galveston Island Pachyderm Lunch with Galveston College President Dr Myles Shelton, Constable Jimmy Fullen, UHA Principal Kathy Whatley, UHA Executive Director Cathy Frederickson, and some of our amazing students. It is always a privilege to watch our students engage and connect with important members of our community!
We recently had the privilege of welcoming Elvia Segura to our campus as part of our Guest Speaker Series. As the Director of Educational Services at Galveston College, she was able to share important insight on their dual credit program. We are thankful to be an Education Partner with Galveston College so that we can provide new opportunities to our students.
It was an exciting year of growth for Upward Hope Academy. As we begin to set new goals for the year ahead, Let's take a moment to reflect on some highlights from 2022.
