The best foods that can prevent your teeth from turning yellow are foods that have calcium. You can also take calcium supplements as well. Don't put your toothbrush back into the case after brushing. The reason why is that germs and bacteria develop exponentially especially in cold, damp areas. Leave your toothbrush outside in an environment with room temperature.
Never put your toothbrush in a case. Cool, damp places create an environment where germs and bacteria can fester and grow at an exponential rate. Leave your toothbrush outside at room temperature where it can air-dry. By doing so, you can reduce the germs in your toothbrush!
