We made a isolation ring for grip and proprioception exercises! Got this exercises from Dr. Weiss, who has a lot of awesome ideas for coordination exercises that can be applied for hand therapy!

👐Story time:
Wow crazy how time flies. High Five Hand Therapy idea started in Early 2015, the idea and foundation of my business began at church. During worship, the pastor deviated from the normative greeting and told the church members to high-five one another instead of greeting them (handshake). During this engagement, I (Danny) immediately noticed the joyous and lively reaction from the members. With that in mind, I named my company High-Five Hand Therapy with the idea in creating a specialized clinic envisioning the concept of a fun and relaxed atmosphere to better connect with my clients and create long-lasting connections. 🙏🏻

Tight front neck muscle release!
1️⃣ First test your range of motion: diagonally tip head back. 👐
2️⃣ Place thumb under collarbone (deep) and diagonally move head backwards👐
3️⃣Repeat move along the collarbone 👐
4️⃣Take a deep breath and retest your range of motion (diagonally head backwards)👐
5️⃣See if you feel the difference! 💙💙

Wow, a rare case of pediatric trigger finger (PTF)!!! 🙌🏽‼️ This disorder occurs up to ten times less frequently (affecting less than 0.05% of the population) than its counterpart, pediatric trigger thumb.

This client is post op Fusion (Arthrodesis), which eliminates pain by fusing the bones in the joint together. A metal pin holds bones together to maintain proper alignment and prevent movement while the bones fuse. Arthrodesis produces a stable, pain-free thumb that can grasp and pinch. ✊

🤙🏼Usually more beneficial for Younger, active clients who have post-traumatic arthritis or physically demanding jobs (and may therefore wear out an implant quickly).
