We love what we do and it has been hard to wrap our heads around the fact that we cannot work.
There are people who think our industry is superficial and nonessential, but it is so much more than just making someone look good. We have been there in the good times of your life and the bad times. We have listened to and celebrated all your happiness, we have prayed for you at bedtime when you shared your personal heartaches with us. We have grown up with some of you and some of you have grown up into adults right in front of us.
Please keep the salon industry in your thoughts and prayers.

To all of our clients, Generations Salon will be operating as usual. Kelli, Lauren, and Kayla follow the Alabama State Board of Cosmetology guidelines and will continue to keep the salon clean and sanitary. Generations is open, we just cannot park in the parking lot Wednesday, and possibly Thursday. You may park at Gardendale First Baptist, CVS, or at the shopping center to the left of us. We will have a shuttle service. Let your stylist know if you need a ride.

Dear Generations Salon customers,
Just a friendly reminder to those who may not know, starting January 7th, the stylist will be embarking on a new way of doing business. Your stylist will be handling most your salon needs. This will include making your appointments. You will be able to contact your stylist for Appointment needs. If you already have an appointment they will contact you with specifics. We encourage you to follow your stylist on Facebook if you are not already for any updates they may post. If you are unable to reach stylist regarding your needs you will be able to call 631-8772 during this transition. You will still be able to purchase your favorite retail items, although we will no longer have use of a credit card machine. We greatly appreciate all of our clients and hope that you will be patient with us during this transition period.

Starting today we will be closed on Tuesdays!
