Todd Goat Farm

A few weeks back, one of our nearby neighbors, Mickey Archer, gave us a gift. He does water color paintings, and he did this amazing one of the goats on their spools. It's hard to tell from a distance that it's not a picture. Beautiful done, thank you, sir. Mom is so proud of it.

just a heads up, the goats will be unavailable between 12:30 and 5 today. We are host a graduation party for our Awesome son/grandson and will be having a large crowd park along Todd Lane & the goats will be in the corral.

Since it's National teacher appreciation day, We'd love to thank all of you teachers for the hard work you put in to the kids. A progression of cuteness! This is Talley. She loves the goats and typically names them all. If you see her in the pasture and have a question, she can probably answer it as best as the adults here. She's holding one of the youngest, then one of the oldest born this year. She spoils them.

Thank you to all who donated to get the goats some new spools. Dad was able to go grab them this afternoon, and the goats are already enjoying their new view. This weekend would be a good time to come see them explore their new toys.

**Update: Thank you for the quick responses. We should have enough coming for the goats to be happy. Obviously, these will not last forever, so if you'd still like to donate towards a later purchase, just let us know.

Well, we haven't heard of anyone with spools. If anyone would like to donate towards the purchase of some. Send us a message and we can arrange payment. Might even let you paint part of one.

The babies have been released from isolation in the barn. It's a beautiful day (now) at the farm to come see them.

Well, Brownie finally has had her babies and to no one surprise, she had triplets. Two boys one girl.

Texas Independence Day is the celebration of the adoption of the Texas Declaration of Independence on March 2, 1836. With this document, signed by 59 delegates, settlers in Mexican Texas officially declared independence from Mexico and created the Republic of Texas.

It’s been a busy day today! Beauty had a sweet baby girl and Clover delivered two but only one girl survived. 💕💕

Ms. Trouble had a baby girl this morning. Isn't she pretty.

Well, Oreo is the first to kid. Talley, our granddaughter, has been saying there would be goats born before the 28th and she was correct.

Babies coming soon. Our girl Brownie can't wait, she's as wise as a house. We also got a new boy named Brownie. He's a wether, so no future offspring from him, but he'll keep our buck Zeus company and it allows Trouble to get back with the ladies in time to have her kids.

Now this is thinking outside the box.

The goats and the family had a great Thanksgiving. Thank you to all our visitors that stopped by and shared with the goats.

Arapaho United Methodist Church also donated their remaining pumpkins to us. Tyson Baker and two friends from Sachse High School joined Preston, dad, and I to gather these. I'm grateful for their help.

Thank you Murphy Road Baptist Church for the pumpkin donation. The goats are already chowing down on them.

The Sachse Band is a well oiled machine. If you've ever seen them perform, you know they've practiced a ton and worked hard to be their best. But it takes money to get them around to competitions and other venues.
