I also appreciated the intro from Governor Roy Cooper and his ongoing partnership in addressing climate issues and leading our state forward.
I strongly support President Joe Biden's proposal to ensure no president has immunity for crimes committed in office and for a code of ethics for the Supreme Court.
As the President wrote, "In America, no one is above the law."
These reforms will help restore accountability in our democracy.
This weekend I attended the Conference in Nashville to talk about working on the House Financial Services Committee and the path forward on digital assets policy.
