So yesterday was a rewarding day that took me by surprise.

Imagine my surprise as I was getting ready for a fun Sunday sparring class. When a good friend of Spyda Muay Thai shiws up with a gift for the gym 🎁

He makes a touching speech to everyone there , then proceeded to hand me a framed Thai parchment blessed from a monk str8 outta Thailand. 🇹🇭

He tells us that the blessing was initially meant for him but he wanted to pass it on to someone else. He communicated that thought to the Thai temple and they explained to him that as long as he didn't ask for anything in return, the blessing can be passed on. 🙏🏿

Wayne, brother...thank you so much for the thoughtful gift. It is more appreciated than you can imagine. Love you guys!!! This is why I love what we do!

She has plans and she's going for them full throttle. A while ago, Sarah and I made a list of goals that we would work to accomplish and one of them was to win a Warriors Cup title. 🥇

Tomorrow, we will be one step closer to scratching that one outta of her bucket list. I'm just happy to be along for the ride.🙏🏿

One I've been coaching for almost 2 years and is probably my hardest worker. As she should be, her goals are clear and high.
