Good Afternoon Everyone!

We just want to send a huge thank you to all of the recent support that we have received. Thank you to all of the Veteran Organizations, Community Partners, and those who have reached out to donate. We also would like to thank those who have called about our current and future status at our facility. We are beyond grateful for your kindness and support!

We want to share that we have negotiated our lease to be extended until October 1, 2024. This is great news for us, the clients that we serve, and gives us hope for the future.

"Today marks the 21st anniversary of the start of Operation Iraqi Freedom - when so many brave men and women stood at the precipice of peace and war, ready to sacrifice their lives for our country's safety and freedom.

The Iraq War took an unfathomable toll on the minds and bodies of those who fought it. Many traded between the battlefields of Iraq and Afghanistan, enduring multiple combat tours. Many lost limbs, and many more returned home with invisible injuries."

We want to thank each person who has served, sacrificed, and fought for our country. We also want to thank the families and support systems that are still affected by the effects of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Good Afternoon Everyone!

Please see our post below in reference to our current needs in seeking opportunities in our communities that can serve our homeless Veterans.

Thank you to all who have shared the post and have reached out!

We cannot do this work without you all!

Happy Tuesday Everyone!

Our new landlord has decided that they are no longer going to rent out our facility to our organization, so we are looking for any opportunities in our community that might serve our needs.

We are seeking any facility or land that can be rented to our organization. This may include any closed hotels or larger facilities to remodel to house our homeless military Veterans.

Please contact us at 219-455-6689 or reach out to us via Facebook messenger.

We thank you for your support and assistance during our time of need!

Good Day!

Veterans Life Changing Services would like to thank American Veterans Motorcycle Riders Association - Chapter 14 of Lansing, Illinois for their gracious donation towards our organization. %100 of this donation will go towards our military Veterans and services that we are able to offer. We strive to meet the call to end homelessness among our Veterans by continuously providing transitional housing and essential supportive services. We cannot do this “work” without partners like you, who constantly provide financial assistance and various donations.

We would like to thank you again for your generosity and for partnering with us to give our heroes, military men and women, the dignity they so richly deserve!

Good Day Everyone!

We are excited to announce that we will be delivering out personal hygiene gift bags to our local Military Veterans tomorrow to show our love and appreciation on Valentine's Day!

We would like to thank our corporate partners who have donated items to make this event possible.

Bath & Body Works and Team Ebony- we would like to thank you for your continual support of our Military Veterans! Without your help and assistance, we would not be able to provide such important items to our clients and community.

Happy February Everyone!

Veterans Life Changing Services would like to thank everyone who supported and attended our Veteran’s Holiday Gala in December!

We are so lucky to be able to celebrate our Military Veterans within our community. We held an amazing gala, with guest speaker William V. Taylor Jr, who spoke about his experience and time serving in the military. Our guest entertainer and singer, Zemrah, serenaded us with her beautiful voice. Thank you to the Dean & Barbara White Community Center for working with us to host our event at your facility. The evening was beautiful, and the people were even more gorgeous. We graciously would like to thank all of the supporters, funders, and sponsors that donated time, funding, raffle items, and support for our event.

We could not have made this possible without your gracious efforts and donations towards supporting our Military Veterans and mission towards bridging the gaps in services for our community. Thank you to all of our 2023 Supporters! Your continued commitment in supporting our Military Veterans and our mission to bridge the gaps in barriers to housing is crucial to our success. You are the foundation in our ability to provide resources that help homeless Veterans find rapid, transitional, and permanent housing!
