Mindfulness was a success! Thank you to the teens who came out to focus on their well being and mental health on a rainy Wednesday evening.

We have several great teen programs coming up from out of school day field trips to pickleball tournaments!

We had the BEST day at the Y yesterday when the kids were out of school!

The basketball clinic was a hit with our kids at Stowe!

Calming Creativity is coming your way!

The Stowe Family YMCA is thrilled to bring Mindfulness back for an evening of calming creativity on Wednesday, November 6 at 5:30 pm.

The session will begin with a guided meditation to clear our minds and focused on grounding techniques followed by water color painting aimed to express their feelings.

This session is FREE and open to ALL TEENS! Help spread the word and invite a teen to join us!

Special Election Day Out of School Day this Tuesday!

School is out on Tuesday, November 5 and the Y is ready for fun! There are two great opportunities to get your children out and active all day at the Y.

👉 Out of School Day (K-5th grade) at Stowe and Warlick
Care if available from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm both inside and outdoors! Pack a lunch and two snacks for a fun day at the Y!
🏀 Special Basketball Clinic Tuesday afternoon at the Stowe Y for all registrants!

👉 Teen Trip to Sullenberger Aviation Museum (6 - 8th grade)
Drop off available at both Stowe or Warlick. Teens will travel to the museum to explore the world of aviation, learning about the science, technology, and history of flight through hands-on exhibits and interactive displays. From stepping inside real aircraft to experiencing flight simulators, they'll get a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to fly and maintain planes. **Lunch Provided!
