It's rosehip season 🌹🌹🌹
Brightly colored and high in vitamin C and antioxidants, rosehips are a winter staple. They can be eaten fresh, stirred into sweet and savory sauces, or dried for cold-season teas and immune elixirs.
If you have Rosa rugosa (pictured here) in your garden, or live where it grows wild, you'll be treated to the largest, juiciest hips around. However, any rosehips (from unsprayed plants) can be used for food and medicine.
